几种大豆对大庆石化污水污染的抗性比较

【摘要】 本文通过4种大豆在大庆石化污水浸种发芽以及初期灌溉的条件下,体内抗污生化指标过氧化物酶同工酶含量和酶谱变化的测试,来确定其对石化污水抗污能力的强弱.结果表明:合丰25号抗性最强,369号和黑河5号居中,9丰1号最弱.

【Abstract】 The resistant abilities ot the four soyabean breeds to the polluted water from petrochemical industry were determined in the present paper according to the pollut ionresistance indexes, the concentration of isoperoxidase and the variationof isozymogram alter seed-soaking, germination and seeding-irrigation with the polluted water. The experiment shows that the order of the pollution-resistanceability, from the high to low, is Hefeng 25, Mo.359. Heihe 5 and Jinfeng 1 .
