HDPE/SBS共混方式对薄膜形态结构及性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了HDPE/SBS共混方式对透气、透湿性以及对薄膜一系列力学性能如拉伸屈服强度及其伸长率、断裂强度及其伸长率、弹性模量、直角撕裂强度和落镖冲击强度等性能的影响。结果表明,作者设计的两阶共混法和母粒稀释法要比直接掺和法生产的薄膜在综合性能及对CO2/O2的透气比有较大的提高。

【Abstract】 The effect of the mode of HDPE/SBS blending on gas-permeability, vet-permeability and a series of mechanical properties of the film prepared, e.g. tensile-yield strength and its elongation, tonsile ultimate strength and its elongation modulus of elasticity, rightangle tear strength and falling dart impact strength were studied.The experimental results show that the film produced by using of two order blending technique, matrix dilutingtechnique and direct mixing technique developed by authors has a considerable improvement in its combination properties embodied in the increasing in tensile-yield strength and tensile ultimate strength elongation, modulus and right angle tear strength. Espectially the impact strength increases by a factor of 5. The amount of CO2 and O2 permeated through the film has a significant increasing with on increasing of SBS content in the film as well. Meanwhile, the ratio of permeability between CO2 and O2 through the film produced by means of two-order blending technique and matrix diluting technique in much higher than direct mixing technique. This has a practical importance in fresh-keeping of fruits and vegetables.
