磺化乙丙三元胶(EPDM)离聚物的制备及其性能研究

【摘要】 用浓硫酸和醋酐使EPDM生胶磺化,然后通过与各种醋酸盐或碱的中和反应,得到一系列不同金属反离子的磺酸型EPDM离聚物。通过应力-应变和动态力学谱测试,探讨了金属反离子对离聚物性能的影响。结果表明:随金属反离子价数增加,离聚物的力学强度和高弹特性增强;而对于同一族金属反离子,随离子半径增加,离聚物强度和高弹特性下降。

【Abstract】 A series of sulfonated EPDM ionomers with different metal counter ions were prepared by the procedure that EPDM rubber was sulfonated with concentrated sulfuric and acetic anhydride, and then neutralized with various metal acetates or hydroxides. The effects of metal counter ions on the properties of ionomers were investigated by stress-strain analysis and dynamic mechanical spectrum testing.The results showed that the tensile strength and elastomeric character of ionomers increased with the increasing of valence number of ions. For the metal counter ions in, the same family, the tensile strength and elastomeric character decreased with the increasing of the ionic radius.
