不饱和聚氨酯液体橡胶增韧不饱和聚酯树脂 Ⅱ.增韧树脂的断裂行为及亚微观两相结构

【摘要】 通过三点-弯曲,扫描电镜和动态力学测试等手段考察了增韧树脂的断裂行为和亚微现两相结构。含8%聚氨酯液体胶的树脂的断裂能GIC由纯树脂的47.1J/m2提高到160~209J/m2,同时模量及耐热性均未明显劣化。橡胶颗粒以0.5~2 μm或20~50μm尺度分散在基体树脂中。含有大量内包襄的大粒径胶粒具有较好的增韧效果,这在文献中尚无报导。

【Abstract】 Unsaturated polyurethane (UPU) liquid rubber was used as toughener for unsaturated polyester resin.The relationship between fracture behaviour and morphology of the toughened resins was investigated. It was discovered that the crack toughness GIC was raised from 47.1J/m2 of the unmodified resin to 160-209 J/m2 of the resins toughened with 8% UPU . UPU had better toughening effect than VTBN, etc., and got less sacrificing thermal and mechanical properties of the matrix resin. The rubber particles dispersed in the matrix were 0.5-2μm or 20-50μm.
