【摘要】 本文报告使用硝苯吡啶与巯甲丙脯酸联合治疗高血压90例,90例中原发性高血压缓进型83例,(其中伴有心衰者19例),肾实质性高血压6例,(其中伴有心衰者2例),多发性大动脉炎1例。病程1—25年,平均8.9年,治疗一天总有效率50％(P<0.05),治疗三天总有效率87.8％(P<0.01),治疗7天总有效率96.6％(P<0.01),伴心衰者21例均于用药后2—3天明显改善。未发现明显和严重的副作用,认为是治疗高血压较理想的配伍方法,对高血压伴有心衰者尤为适用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article the combined effect of nifedipine and captopril was reported in treatment for 90 cases of hypertension including 83 cases of primary hypertension (19 cases of which associated with heart failure), 6 cases of renovascular hypertension (2 cases of which associated with heart failure) ,and 1 case of polyaorto arteritis. Patients ranged in medical history from 1 to 25 years with a medium of 8.9 years . The total effective rate was 50%(P<0.05) for one-day,87.8%(P<0.01) for three-day and 96. 6%(P<0. 01 )for seven-day treatment. Symptomatic improvement had been observed in 21 patients associated with heart failure after 2-5 day treatment. No marked or severe side effect was found. It is suggested that nifedipine add captoprl is a rational combination in treatment for hypertension , especially for this disease associated with heart failure.更多还原
