【摘要】 本文综合介绍了新近出现的各种光传感器材料的特点及用途,并且讨论了采用这些新材料所研制的各种新型光传感器件。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of latest materials for photosensors and theirapplications are comprehensively introduced,arid the devices fabrica-ted with these materials are discussed in this paper.
