【Abstract】 This paper introduces several methods of observing and analysing the specks and discusses the forming mechanizm of all kinds of spec-ks in the target.The specks are essentially caused by the irregulardefects of multilayer structure of the PbO target and the mechanicaldefects due to dust particles.The specks in the target are mainly aff-ected by the purity of the PbO materials and the deposition techno-logy of PbO layer.The results show that the specks in the target ofthe PbO camera tube can be prevented or reduced by using the newmanufacture technology and the high purity PbO materials.更多还原
