紫外光度法测定蜂王浆中的蜂王酸
Ultra-violet Spectrophotometric Determination of 10-Hydroxyl-2-decenoic acid in Royal Jelly
【摘要】 在0.5%Na2CO3和PH4~6的介质中,可用紫外分光光度法,在波长205nm测定蜂王酸的含量。蜂王酸在0~10μg/ml范围内符合比尔定律。在PH=5时,测得表现摩尔吸光系数ε205=1.18×104L·mol-1·cm-1。蜂王浆样品,经乙醚萃取,再用1%Na2CO3反萃取蜂王酸,可以测定蜂王浆中的蜂王酸,回收率为94~104%。
【Abstract】 In the solution of 0.5% sodium carbonate and pH 4-6,the 10-hydroxyl -2-decenoic acid(10-HDA)can be determinated by ultra-violet spectro- photometric method at 205 nm.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0-10μg 10-HDA/ml.The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.18×104 1.mol-1·cm-1 for the 10-HDA at pH 5.0.The method has been applied to the ultraviolet spectrophotometric determination of 10-HDA in royal jelly with ether to extract the 10-HDA from royal jelly and using the solution of 1% sodium carbonate as solution of back-extraction. The recovery of 10-HDA was 94-104%。
