光电技术在汽车前灯检测中的应用
Application of Photoelectric Techniques in Dazzle Lamps Testing
【摘要】 本文叙述了一种自动聚光式汽车前大灯检测仪,它具有主CPU控制的垂直运动驱动系统及水平运动驱动系统和CPU控制的光电转换系统及微电机驱动系统,使用了专门的软件。由于采用了新的测量原理及信号处理技术,本仪器能检测汽车前大灯的近光和远光,还提高了检测精度。
【Abstract】 A self-focusing tester for dazzle lamps is described in the paper. It has a vertical motion driving system and a horizonal motion driving system con-trolled by the main CPU, photoelectric switching system controlled by CPU,and micromotor controlling driving system. The special software is adopted inthe instrument. Since the new measuring principle and signal processing tech- niques is applied, so both close light and far light of dazzle lamps can be test-ed by the instrument and the testing accuracy has been improved.
