微机数字图象处理系统用于甲皱微循环流速的测量
Velocity Measurement of Red Blood Cell in Microvessels by Digital Image Processing System
【摘要】 微血管中血细胞流速是反映微循环状态与特征的一个十分重要的参数。国内外许多医学工作者都十分关心这个参数的测定工作。本文介绍用微机数字图象处理系统测量微血管中血细胞流速的装置和测量方法,并给出了校验测试和临床测试结果。校验测试结果表明,系统测量结果准确可靠;临床测试结果与目前国内外临床检测所给出的结论是一致的。
【Abstract】 The red blood cell velocity(RBC velocity) in microvessels is a veryimportant parameter which reflects the states and features of microcirculations.In this paper, we discuss the application of the computer digital image proces-sing system for measuring the RBC velocity in microvessels. The checking test proves that Ehe results measured by this system are reliable. This systemhas also been used in clinical experiments to measure the RBC velocity and theresults are satisfactory.
