热虹吸管内蒸汽切应力作用下的凝结换热
CONDENSATION HEAT TRANSFER OF VERTICAL TWO PHASE CLOSED THERMOSYPHON
【摘要】 <正> 一、前言 近年来,热虹吸管中的凝结换热问题的研究,开始考虑汽液界面上存在的切应力的影响。如Spendel曾研究过这一问题,不过他们只进行了理论计算,缺乏实验验证。分析中只考虑了粘性摩擦引起的切应力。Seaban则在分析中考虑了伴随蒸汽分子转移到液相的质量交换所引起的切应力影响,但没有直接的实验验证。 本文则是在“翻形”热虹吸管中进行了实验,并进行了理论计算,计算中考虑了蒸汽凝结时质量传递引起的切应力的影响。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the experiment and theoretical calculations are described for condensation heat transfer in an annular thermosyphon. In the theoretical calculations, the radial mass transfer induced shear effect is considered. The calculation results are compared with experimental results and Nusselt prediction. When temperature difference is smaller than 50℃, the deviation of the calculation or the experimental results from Nusselt’s prediction are less than 10%.
