【Abstract】 One step quickly freezing method for storage of human sperm with protective agent KS-II is reported here. The survival rates in two groups are; 84.1±10.3% (x±SD n=22) in group A and 84.5±15.7%(n=l9) in group B. There is no apparent difference between the two groups (p>0.05). The method is highly reproducible and much more effective than the directly freezing method for sperm storage used by Stettles (1946) (1), whose survival rate is 10%. Compared with the currently used method for human sperm storage (survival rate ii 60%), our method is the hotter. The establishment of this one step quickly freezing method for human sperm storage means that the re-evaluation of the "direct liquid nitrogen freezing method for human sperm storage" may be needed.更多还原
