【Abstract】 The operative complications due to percutaneous radiofreguency thermocoagulation on gasserian neuralgia were analgsed. The total complication rate was 17.10%, the masseterpterygoid weakness was the most frequent (16.9%), the others were diployia (0.06%), hoarseness and dysphagia (0.01%), cutaneousparotidean fistula (0.01%), hearing decrease (0.02%), anesthetic dolor (0.03%), vision trouble due to keratitts orbital apex syndrome (0.02%), hemiplegia and aphasia (0.01%), hypertensive encephalopathy, (0.01%), the cause, mechanism, prognosis and prevention of the complications are discussed in this paper.更多还原
