【Abstract】 Peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) were isolated from 28 patients with chronic persistent hepatitis B (CPH) and 10 normal individuals for detecting HBVDNA. HBVDNA was found in the PBMC from 9 patients but was absent in 10 normal controls. Free form HBVDNA was detected in 5 patients and integrated form was identified in 4 patients. It seems that the presence of free form HBVDNA in PBMC may be correlated with serum HBeAg. The existence of HBVDNA in patients’ PBMC may play an important role on the immunopathogenesis of the disease such as causing the process cryptoplasmically and chronically etc. Some respects of its significance were discussed here in detail.更多还原
