加热炉优化控制数学模型

【摘要】 本文研究了稳态最佳炉温设定模型及最佳炉温动态补偿算法。提出了以综合经济指标作为目标函数,既降低了燃料消耗,又减少了钢坯氧化烧损,提高了加热炉的综合经济效益。在大量仿真计算的基础上,确定了加热炉生产的经济区,使加热炉的经济效益处于最佳状态。

【Abstract】 In this paper the mathematical models for steady optimum furnace temperature and its dy-namic complement algorithm are studied.A new objective function which is the index of syn-thetical economics is presented.It not only lowers the fuel consumption but also reduces thescale loss,i.e.,the synthetical economic benefit of the heating furnace is improved.Based ona large number of simulative computation,the economic region of production for the reheatingfurnace is determined.It makes the economic benefit of the reheating furnace optimized.
