区分“长渣”和“短渣”的新方法
DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN“LONG SLAG”AND“SHORT SLAG”
【摘要】 本文在研究电渣熔铸用渣、保护渣及焊接熔渣的粘度和凝固特征基础上,提出了一个区分“长渣”“短渣”的判据 Rmin值:Rmin=(t-t0)3(1+5.302b2η2/(t-t0)4)3/2/2.3036η(2+2.303b/(t-t0))并以 CaF2、SiO2作为典型“短渣”“长渣”,对所研究的熔渣进行分类。不同熔剂或熔渣的 Rmin计算值对电渣重熔、保护浇铸及焊接的工艺过程有一定指导意义。
【Abstract】 Based on the study of relationship between viscosity and melting temperature (semispherepoint) for flux,ESR slag and protective slag,the Rmin is raised to discriminate between“longslag”and“short slag”,Rmin=((t-t0)3(1+5.302 b2η2/(t-t0)4)3/2/2.303bη(2+2.303 b/(t-t0)))Using CaF2 and SiO2 as reference points of“short slag”and“long slag”respectively,theclassification of slags studied has been made.Calculation of Rmin for flux or slag is of signifi-cance in welding,ESR and protective casting.
