含磷低碳深冲钢的微观结构与成型性

【摘要】 本文用X射线、透射电镜、电子探针等方法研究了含磷低碳深冲钢在生产的各主要工序中,钢的微观结构特征,织构的演变,力学性能和成型性。结果表明:1)冷轧织构是由〈110〉//R.D.的不完整α-纤维织构和{111}//N.D.的完整γ-纤维织构组成,退火后为完整的γ-纤维织构;2)首次由实验证实退火试样中四方晶系的 Fe3P 相的沉淀析出存在,磷具有沿晶界和亚晶界偏聚倾向;3)该钢种具有高强度和优良成型性能,实冲合格率甚高。文中还讨论了磷的作用,微观结构包括织构对成型性的影响。

【Abstract】 The characteristics of mjcrostructure and evolution of texture of low carbon phosphorus-addsteel sheet at all steps in production process such as hot-,cold-rolling and annealing have beeninvestigated by means of XRD,TEM,EMP and other analytical techniques.The mechanical pro-porties and formability of the steel sheets were measuerd.Results show that firstly the textureof cold-rolled steel sheets is composed of incomplete“α-fibre”with 〈110〉//R.D and complete“γ-fibre”with 〈111〉//N.D;the texture of annealed one is complete of“-γfibre”with {111}//N.D.Secondly it is for the first time to find that Fe-phosphide (Fe3P) of tetragonal system pre-cipitates during annealing treatment,and phosphorus segregates at grain boundaries and subbou-ndaries,and thirdly the steel sheets have high strength and excellent formability.In this paper,th(?) effects of phosphorus and microstructure including textures on formabilityare also discussed.
