【摘要】 本文对1332M型络纱机络纱张力、络纱毛羽、筒子纱圈的重叠和络纱卷绕压力进行了分析研究。在对络纱张力的频谱分析、管纱和筒子纱毛羽的数理回归统计分析、络纱筒子的受力分析和防叠装置的测试分析后,提出了均匀络纱张力、减少筒子纱毛羽、减少筒子纱圈重叠和改善筒子卷绕压力状况的措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This study has carried out analyses of the yarn tension, the yarn hairiness, the patterningand the pressure between the cone and the drum during winding on model 1332 winder. Basedon the frequency analysis of the yarn tension, the mathematical statistics analysis of the yarnhairiness of the cop and the cone, the mechanics analysis of the winding cone and the testanalysis of the anti-patterning, the preliminary measures were proposed for evenning theyarn tension during winding, decreasing the yarn hairiness, reducing the cone patterning andimproving the pressure condition between the cone and the grooved drum during winding.更多还原
