【摘要】 PD涂料染色粘合剂是由软单体含量较高的核和硬单体含量较高的壳组成。本文叙述了PD涂料染色粘合剂的组成成分选择及乳液系统和合成反应工艺的确定。经染色工艺试验和生产应用证明,它适用于纤维素纤维和合成纤维的染色。涂料—浴法连续轧染新工艺与传统染色工艺进行了比较,具有工艺简便、使用方便、节省能源、降低成本等特点,经济效益十分明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 The pigment binder PD is composed of a nucleus of softer monomer and a shell of hardmonomer. The description is made about component selection and emulsion system of the pig-ment binder PD, and also the synthesizing procedure. The dyeing experiments and the trialproduction proved that it is suitable for dyeing cellulosic and synthetic fibres. The one bathin continuous pigment pad dyeing is an easy aud simple process with energy saving and lowcost in comparison with the traditional dyeing process.更多还原
