稀土元素在真丝染色中的应用及机理探讨

【摘要】 以稀土元素化合物作为助剂应用于真丝染色,提高了一些弱酸性染料的上染率,耐洗色牢度和日晒色牢度也得到部分改善。作者并对含稀土助剂的染液作pH电位滴定分析以及红外光谱研究,对稀土元素在真丝染色中发生作用的机理进行了探索。

【Abstract】 For a given set of conditions, acid dyeing of real silk can sucessfully be carried out byusing a treating bath containing rare earth compounds and acid dye. This paper claims that percentage exhaustion can be improved and good color values can be obtained by exhaust dyeingatmospherically, allowing the dyer an uniform build up throughout the dyeing cycle. Evalua-tions of fastness are improved. There are clues showing the basic mechanism in dyeing silk withweak acid dyes. They can be interpreted in terms of the yielding of complex as determined bypH electrometric tetration and IR spectrum.
