【Abstract】 This paper mainly deals with the rules governing the change of thecontent of the trace element in irradiated Baishaye wine. The results of chromatographicanalysis show that the contents of total acid, ester, aldehade and high-grade alcholfor Baishaye wine can be enhanced by irradration and the impare alcoholis oil of thewilre be deerlased by irradiation thus, the quality of the wine can be imporoved andthe period of preservation may be shortened.更多还原
