核磁共振波谱仪MLEV-16宽带去耦系统
MLEV-16 Broadband Decoupling System for FX-100 NMR Spectrometer
【摘要】 在FX-100核磁共振波谱仪上建立了MLEV-16宽带去耦系统.对去耦电路的各级信号进行了分析,说明了MLEV-16去耦电略的控制关系.利用去耦电路实现了由计算机和可编程序器控制的宽带去耦,用波谱仪原有去耦功率作了13C{F19}氟宽带去耦的碳-13谱的观测,去耦范围达12.4kHz,可以满足大部分有机氟化物的13C核磁共振研究。
【Abstract】 A MLEV-16 broadband decoupling system was established on an FX-100 NMR spec- trometer. The signal waveforms of different levels are analyzed to illustrate the controlling relationship of the decoupling ciucuit.Broadband decoupling controlled by microcomputer and programmable controller had been performed. The 13C spectrum of 13C {19F} was observed by fluorine broadband decoupling with the original decoupling power of FX-100 NMR spectrometer. The decoupling range can reach 12.4 kHz. The NMR study of 13C in most organic fluorine compounds can be realized with this system.
