导数分光光度法求导误差的研究

【摘要】 用计算机数值计算的方法研究了导数分光光度法求导对准确度的影响,说明了在实验值准确到第四位有效数字时,一阶数值导数的相对误差为0.6%;实验值准确到第三位有效数字时,相对误差为6%。通过实例证实了用岛津UV一260紫外可见分光光度计求取一阶导数,与直接分光光度法相比,平均产生4%左右的误差,但在一阶导数峰值处误差最小,约为2%。

【Abstract】 The effect of derivative spectrophotometric measurement on the accuracy has been studied with a computer numerical method. The results are as follows: if the measurements are accurate at the fourth significant digits, the ralative errors of first numerical derivative are 0.6%; if measurements are accurate at the third significant digits, the relative errors of the first numerical derivative are 6%. It has been confirmed by experiments that the first derivative of a SHIMADZU UV-260 recording spectrophotometer causes an average error of about 4% (compared with the conventional spectrophotometric method); and at the peak of the first derivative the error is minimum, about 2%.
