【Abstract】 The state and enterPeise can earn the more economic peof it by means of optimizing the population scheme of mine development constrution. To select the optimum plan of mine development, a new method, called the decision network graph, has been put forward in the paper. The drawing means and main characters of the decision network graph are in detail explained in the paper.
