斜井串车提升掉道适时控制的研究
RESEACH ON REAL-TIME CONTROL OF MINE CARS DERAILMENT IN SLOPE
【摘要】 本文论述了利用SC—801C工业控制微机对斜井提升过程中难度较大的问题——掉道进行了研究。首先,建立控制对象的数学模型及微机离线辨识控制对象的数学模型,并加以比较;软件实现钢丝绳拉力转矩模型的自动跟踪。其次,论述了微机测量提升载重;显示系统有关参数;速度、加速度越限报警;诊断掉道,并提出严重掉道时的两级制动方法及常规掉道时的自适应控制方法。
【Abstract】 Derailment-a more difficult problem in inclined shaft winding system is discussed in the paper on the basis of using industrial controlled SC-801C. First, a math model and identified math for the controlled object are built and then compared, with software auto-following changes in a model of ropepulling torque. Then the measurement of winding load, the relative parameters of displaying system, the alarm of overimits of speed and acceleration and diagnosising derailment in the system are stated A two-staged brakage method in the case of serious derailment and are put forward, a adaptive control method in the case of general derailment
