固体基质室温燐光法测定L-色氨酸
Determination of L-Tryptophan by Room Temperature Phosphorimetry Using Filter Paper as the Substrate
【摘要】 本文提出在Na2 CO3存在下,以NaI为重原子微扰剂,以滤纸为基质的L-色氨酸的室温燐光(RTP)测定法。本法不需通干燥气体,工作曲线的线性范围较宽,用于谷物试样分析,得到了满意的结果。
【Abstract】 A method for determining L-tryptophan by room temperature phosphorimetry using filter papa as the solid substrate and NaI as the heavy atom perturber is described. The measurement is carried out in the presence of Na2CO3 without passing any drying gas. The limit of detection is 0. 4 ng. Calibration curves are linear in the range of 0. 1~1μg/ml, 1~100μg/ml. and 100~500μg/ml. The plant samples of millet flour and wheat flour were analysed with satisfactory results.
