【Abstract】 A method for determining L-tryptophan by room temperature phosphorimetry using filter papa as the solid substrate and NaI as the heavy atom perturber is described. The measurement is carried out in the presence of Na₂CO₃ without passing any drying gas. The limit of detection is 0. 4 ng. Calibration curves are linear in the range of 0. 1～1μg/ml, 1～100μg/ml. and 100～500μg/ml. The plant samples of millet flour and wheat flour were analysed with satisfactory results.更多还原
