激光光热偏转光谱技术在薄层色谱定量分析上的应用
Application of Laser-Induced Photothermal Deflection Spectroscopy Technique to Quantitative Analysis of Thin-Layer Chromatography
【摘要】 本工作研究了激光光热偏转光谱技术在高效薄层色谱检测中的应用。用这种技术定量检测品红和结晶紫的色谱圆班,获得的检测下限分别为0.3ng和0.4ng,与传统的漫反射分光光度检测法相比,使测定灵敏度提高1~2个数量级。
【Abstract】 The application of photothermal deflection spectroscopy technique to thin-layer chromatography has been studied. Using this technique, the detection limits for magenta and crystal violet were 0.3ng and 0.4ng respectively. The detection sensitivity increased by 1~2 orders of magnitude as compared with that of traditional diffuse reflectance spectrometiy.
