炼锑中砷、铅、铜、铁的化学光谱测定
Chemical Spectrographic Determination of Arsenic,Lead,Copper and Iron in Antimony Regulus
【摘要】 炼锑中的As、Pb在浓硝酸存在下成为砷酸铅(PbHASO4),利用该化合物在加热至320时开始失水,成为在950℃下仍稳定的焦砷酸铅(Pb2As2O7)的特性。因此,用浓硝酸溶解炼锑,蒸干,烧成氧化粉末,用溶液干渣电弧法测定As、Pb、Cu、Fe。其测定范围和准确度符合国标化学法的要求,取得快速准确的满意效果。
【Abstract】 As and Pb in antimony regulus form lead arsenate (PbHAsO4) in concentrated HNO3 solution. When heated, this compound dehydrates beginning from 320℃ and finally forms stably pyro-arsenate (Pb2As2O7) up to 950℃, Utilizing this property, the title method has been developed in which the antimony sample is first dissolved with concentrated HNO3, evaporated to dryness, then heated in a muffle furnace at 500℃ to convert it into oxide. The powder obtained is then analyzed for As, Pb. Cu and Fe spectrographically with an AC arc. The method is simple and rapid, the reoults arc satisfactory, and the concentration range and accuracy of determination metes the international requirements of commodity inspection.
