【Abstract】 The digestion of plant samples at atmospheric pressure with acid mixture in a microwave oven was studied. the effect of various acidic digestion mixtures, reaction vessels and microwave power levels on the result were examined. The procedure has been optimized and applied for the digestion of some standard reference materials and the results were shown to be satisfactory.更多还原
