2.5次微分溶出伏安法连续测定土壤中的锌、镉、铅、铜和镍

【摘要】 本文研究了应用2.5次微分溶出伏安法,在盐酸-氨/氯化铵系列底液中,以棒状银基汞膜电极为工作电极,连续测定土壤中锌、镉、铅、铜和镍五种元素的方法。在选定的实验条件下,锌、镉、铅和铜的浓度在5~1000ng/ml、镍的浓度在5~110ng/ml范围内与峰高成线性关系。检出限可达ppb级。样品测定结果表明,方法简便,抗干扰能力强,重现性较好,结果准确可靠。

【Abstract】 Zinc, Cadmium, Lead, Copper and Nickel were simultaneously determined in hydrochloric acid (pH 2~3) —0.1 mol/L ammonia buffer at pH 9.2±0.2 by 2.5 th order differential stripping voltammetry. A stick silver mercury filtm electrode was used as a working electrode. The peak potentials of Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Ni were -1.0V, -0.67V, -0.50V, -0.39V and -0.92V (vs. SCE) respectively in the above electrolyte. The calibration curves for Zn, Cd, Pb and Cu under the conditions described were linear ovet the concentration range of 5 to 1000 ng/ml and for Ni was 5 to 110 ng/ml. The relative standard deviation for soil sample was 3.3~8.4%. The concentration of Zn, Cd, Pb, Cu and Ni was evaluated by the standard addition method. The standard reference was analysed. The results show the same as certified The determination limit of ppb level is attainable.
