氚化合物对人血淋巴细胞SCE的影响
EFFECT OF TRITIATED COMPOUNDS ON SISTER-CHROMATID EXCHANGES(SCE) IN HUMAN LYMPHOCYTES IN VITRO
【摘要】 本文用不同活度的~3H-TdR及~3H-UdR加入人血淋巴细胞连续培养,以了解氚对细胞分裂周期及SCE频度的影响。两种氚化合物均可使SCE频度增加,并可使细胞分裂周期延缓。SCE频度随氚活度的增加而明显增加。在导致分裂周期延缓程度上~3H-TdR<~3H-UdR。~3H-UdR各组的SCE频度均值均高于相同浓度的~3H-TdR组,除3.7×10~3Bq/mL组外,其他各组与~3H-TdR对应组之间的差异非常显著(t检验,p<0.01)。氚化合物对细胞增殖速度有影响,细胞增殖速度指数(PRI)与SCE频度有关,SCE频度越高,PRI值就越低。
【Abstract】 Human lymphocytes treated in vitro with various activitiesof ~3H-TdR and ~3H-UdR were cultured to understand the effects of tritiumon the cell cycle and the frequency of SCE.The results of these experimentsindicated that both tritiated compounds make the frequency of SCE increaseand the cell cycle delay.The frequency of SCE increased markedly withactivity of ~3H.With respect to delaying cell cycle,~3H-UdR was moreeffective than ~3H-TdR.The average frequencies of SCE for ~3H-UdR werehigher than those for ~3H-TdR.With the exception of the in 3.7 × 10~3 Bq/mLgroup and differences between other ~3H-UdR groups and corresponding~3H-TdR group were significant (t test, p<0.01).These results suggest thattritiated compounds may have the effect on the cell proliferating rate.Thecell proliferating rate index (PRI) seems to be related with the frequencyof SCE:the higher the frequency of SCE,the lower the PRI is.
