【摘要】 本文用电位溶出法测定230例不同妊娠月份孕妇全血锌、铜的含量,结果显示锌、铜平均水平分别为:Zn 82.73±18.40μmol/L,Cu 20.15±2.87μmol/L。其中妊娠8周血锌含量最低,后逐渐上升,在28周时有一高峰值;血铜含量变化幅度不大,在28周平均值最高。更多还原

【Abstract】 The zinc and copper of blood from 230 normal pregnant women were determined by the potentiometric stripping analysis.The results showed the average level of zinc was 82.73±18.40 μmol/L;and copper was 20.15±2.87 μmol/L.There were no differences between this results and those of other researches.Base on the pregnant months,the level of zinc was lowest in second pregant month,then,it increased gradually and reached the highest level in seventh month.The copper level in blood varied with the pregnant month moderately,with the highest level in seventh month.
