【摘要】 联碱法制铵部分的相图应为Na⁺、NH₄⁺‖Cl^-、CO₃=+H₂O四元共轭体系。该体系较为复杂,目前尚缺乏实用数据。本文研究了一定碳酸铵浓度下的NaCl-NH₄Cl-H₂O体系,测出几个温度下的相平衡数据,用以作为联碱法制铵部分的简化相图。并用简化相图对制铵过程进行了分析和探讨,结果表明,它们相当符合制铵过程的实况。更多还原

【Abstract】 The phase diagram of ammonium chloride-production stage of dual process is Na⁺, NH₄⁺ ‖ Cl^-, CO₃⁼ +H₂O system. The system is rather complex and rack of data for practical use. In this study, the phase diagram of NaCl-NH₄Cl-H₂O system under a certain concentration of ammonium carbonate is established, and used to analyze the NH₄Cl production stage of dual process. The simplified phase diagram coincides the practical conditions satisfactorilly.更多还原
