苯乙烯种子乳液聚合反应的动力学
KINETICS OF THE SEEDED EMULSION POLYMERIZATION OF STYRENE
【摘要】 用膨胀计法研究了50℃时小粒径苯乙烯种子乳液聚合反应第Ⅱ阶段的反应动力学。由实验得到了自由基进入乳胶粒子的速率常数与引发剂浓度的关系式;根据实验数据,计算了自由基从乳胶粒子中逸出的平均速率常数及聚合反应增长速率常数;并发现乳胶粒子内单体浓度随反应转化率的增加而略有下降。
【Abstract】 The second stage kinetics of small particle size seeded emulsion polymerizationof styrene at 50℃ have been studied dilatometrically. The relationship between therate coefficient of free radical entering into the particles and the initiator concen-tration is obtained experimentally. The average exit rate coefficient and the propa-gation coefficient have been calculated from experiment data. It is also found experi-mentally that the concentration of monomer within particles decreases slightlywith the increasing fractional conversion.
