钇钡铜氧高温超导厚膜的微波和磁场效应
MICROWAVE AND MAGNETORESISTIVE EFFECTS IN Y-Ba-Cu-O COATINGS
【摘要】 在液氮温区的实验条件下,从Y-Ba-Cu-O高温超导厚膜材料中观察到微波辐射响应及Shapiro台阶、混频效应和低磁场下的电阻效应。展现出用这种厚膜材料制成微波检波器、微波混频器、磁控电阻、磁传感器和超导量子干涉器件的前景。
【Abstract】 The microwave radiation effect, Shapiro steps, microwave mizing and magne-toresistive effect have been observed in Y-Ba-Cu-O coatings at liquid nitrogentemperature. Results show that Y-Ba-Cu-O coatings are promising to be used inmaking special devices, such as microwave detector, microwave mixer, magneticfield sensor, magnetoresistor and SQUID.
