甘草属(Glycyrrhiza linon)过氧化物酶同工酶和酯酶同工酶的分析
STUDY ON ISOZYMES OF PEROXIDASE AND ESTERASE IN Glycyrrhiza linon
【摘要】 应用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶垂直平板电泳对甘草属(Glycyrrhiza linon)的7个种及2个变种(甘草、无腺毛甘草(变种)、光果甘草、腺甘草(变种)、胀果甘草、科氏甘草、黄甘草、粗毛甘草和刺果甘草)叶片中的过氧化物酶和酯酶同工酶进行了分析。结果表明,本属植物的每个种都有其特征酶谱,而各种间的酶谱具有明显差异,2个变种和原种间的差异也十分明显。这从分子水平上证实了前人对甘草属种闻的分类是正确的。
【Abstract】 Isozymes of peroxidase and esterase isolated from the leaves of 7 species and2 varieties of Glycyrrhiza linon were studied by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis.The results indicate that the interspecific zymogamatic differences are distinct.Each species or variety possesses its specific zymogram. Thus, it is demonstratedat the enzymatic level that the Glycyrrhiza linon interspecific classification doneby previous workers is true. By enzymatic patterns, the difference between twovarieties and their prevarieties is also significant.
