【摘要】 本文对42例胃癌手术标本,初步作了病理形态分析.认为胃癌肉眼类型主要受组织学类型和周间质反应的影响:肿瘤大小与癌浸润深度呈正相关,癌周间技反应与癌浸润深度呈负相关;主要影响胃癌浸润深度的因素是肉眼类型、组织学类型及癌周间质反应等.还认为胃癌瘤周间质反应的程度是影响预后的重要形态学指标之一,特别是淋巴——浆细胞反应是抗癌免疫的形态佐证.更多还原

【Abstract】 Preliminary result of pathomorphological analysis on 42 resected specimens of gastric carcinoma, is reported. The Study revealed that the gross classification of gastric carcinoma is affected mainly by the histological pattern and pericancerous infiltration, there were positive correlation with the tumor size and negative correlation with the pericancerous interstitial reaction. The main factors influnce the depth of infiltration included gross type, histological pattern and pericancerous interstitial reaction of the tumor. The authors believe that the extent of the pericancerous interstitial reaction would be the most important morphological index determining the prognosis of the patient. The reaction of lymphocytes and plasma cells, especially, would be the predictive evidence of body resistance to cancer and i mrauno logica 1 status of the patient更多还原
