锥形件成形模具结构型式的确定
Determination of the Combined Form of Die and Punch in Conical Shell Forming
【摘要】 本文通过理论分析得出锥形件成形坯料悬空部分并不是一圆锥曲面,而是以应力分界圆为界,其外侧是外凸曲面,其内侧是内凹曲面,因而模具结构型式必将影响锥面的成形效果。结合实验研究给出可供生产实用的锥形件成形选择模具结构型式的基本原则。
【Abstract】 This paper,by way of theory analysis,pointed out that, in the process of conical shell forming, the part of blank not contacting with die and punch is not a conical camber, but a positve camber outside, a nagative camber inside, demarcated by the lalitudinal stress boun dary, therefore, the outline of the forming shell will be effected by a comhined form of die and punch. In the light of experiment, the basic principles of choosing the form for industrial applycation were given out.
