【摘要】 我们根据中医理论配制了治疗慢性胃炎的参香养胃散。家兔静脉注射后能明显增加胃粘膜血流量,增强胃分泌功能。促进粘蛋白分泌,对无水酒精引起急性胃粘膜损伤具有保护作用。亦能明显减小无水酒精引起胃粘膜电位差值下降的幅度以及改善胃肠生理机能。急性毒性实验证明无毒副作用,临床应用安全可靠。治疗慢性胃炎254例,疗效明显优于猴姑菌片和对照组。参香养胃散组的临床有效率为91％,胃镜观察有效率为68％,病理好转率为60％,胃分泌功能改善率为74％。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to the basic theory of the traditional Chinese medicine, we have composed a prescription called Shen Xiang Yang Wei San ( SXYWS, a powder ) to treat chronic gastritis. After intravenous injection, it can evidently increase the blood flow of the gastric mucosa ( from 0.20 ± 0.10 to 2.03 ± 0.48 ml/kg.h, P<0.01 ) and improve the function of gastric secretion, it can also promote the mucin by absolute alcohol; it can also obviously decrease the potential difference ( PD ) fall caused by the absolute alcohol and improve the physiological function of the gastrointestinal tract. It is proved by acute toxie experiment that there is no toxic or side effect and it is safe and reliable for clinical use. And it has been applied to 254 clinical cases by six hospitals in Guangzhou from 1985 to 1989. Comparing this group with the Houtou Jun and the control groups by double blind method, the group using the powder is proved much better than the later two groups; By observing the SXYYS group; we found that the clinically effective rate is 91 %; the effective rate in gastroscopical changes 68%; that in pathological improvement 60% and that in gastric secretion function improvement 74%.更多还原
