单相(Bi,Pb)2Sr2Ca2Cu3Ox多晶样品的合成
SYNTHESIS OF SINGLE (Bi, Pb)2Sr2 Ca2 Cu3 Ox POLYGRYSTALLINE SAMPLES
【摘要】 系统地改变名义成分为 Bi1.77Pb0.43Sr1.82Ca2Cu(3.14)Ox 的烧结温度(Tf)和烧结时间(tf),得到接近110K 单相的最佳合成条件。淬火样品呈半导体性质,多数 Tc(0)小于100K,而退火样品显示金属性,它们的 Tc(0)都高于100K。二者的 Tc(0)相差很大,也许是由于退火而使20K 相减少所致。
【Abstract】 Varying systematically the: sintering temperature ( Tf) and maintained period (Tf) the rules for obtaining the maximum content of 110K phase have been obtained. Quenched samples and annealed samples are quite different; the latter gives metallic character and all their Tc (0) are higher than 110K. XRD discloses that this is due to the diminishment of 20K phase by annealing.
