Bi(Pb)-Sr-Ca-Cu-O高T_c超导纤维的研究
THE FEATURES OF HIGH T_c SUPERCONDUCTING Bi(Pb)SrCaCuO FIBERS
【摘要】 本文研究了高 Tc 的 Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu4Oy 超导纤维(x=0.3,0.5)的性能和亚结构.晶纤用激光加热基座(LHPG)法生长.结果表明,块状烧结样品拉制成晶纤后,超导相增多,致密度增加,织构化明显,因而超导性能明显改善.在拉制样品过程中,虽然 Pb 有所挥发,但大部分仍留在晶纤内.
【Abstract】 The properties and substructures of Bi2-xPbxSr2Ca2Cu4Oy(x=0.3,0.5) superconducting fibers have been studied.The superconducting BPSCCO fibers have been grown by means of the laser-heated pedestal growth method (LHPG).When the superconducting fibers form,there is a rise in density and in number of the superconducting phases and the fibrous ap-pearence (texture) shows clearly aligend parallel to the grout direction.Therefore,"the superconductivity of the BPSCCO fiber crystals is much better than that in its source material.
