超导转变前不同温度下的BiSrCaCu2Oy高Tc超导体的EPR
EPR SIGNALS OF BiSrCaCu2Oy HIGH-Tc SUPERCONDUCTOR AT DIFFERENT TEMPERATURES BEFORE SUPER-CONDUCTING TRANSITION
【摘要】 实验上研究了BiSrCaCu2Oy高Tc超导体在超导转变前不同温度下的电子顺磁共振(EPR),发现有两个具有不同的随温度变化规律的 EPR 信号存在于该样品中,其中一信号随温度升高逐渐向高场移动,相应的朗德因子 g 值从115K 时的2.78减少到310K 时的2.24,而另一信号基本上不随温度变化而变化,相应的朗德因子 g 值接近于自由电子的 ge 值(~2.003),文中就上述现象进行了讨论.
【Abstract】 EPR signals of BiSrCaCu2Oy high-Tc Superconductor are studied at different temperatures before superconducting transition.It is found that two types of EPR signals exist in this superconductor.One of them moves gradually toward the higher field and its g value decreases from 2.78 down to 2.24 when the temperature is increased from 115K to 310K.Another one is almost independence of the temperature and its g value is close to that of free electron (~2.003).These phenomena are discussed in this paper.
