无孪晶的LaBa2-xCaxCu3Oy系统的磁临界电流

【摘要】 测量了无孪晶的LaBaCaCu3Oy和LaBa1.5Ca0.5Cu3O-y的磁临界电流Jc,其数值及随温度的变化都与YBa2Cu3Oy系统比较接近,而与Tl2Ba2ca2Cu3Oy明显不同。这表明孪晶并不是使这些材料的临界电流有差别的主要因素。

【Abstract】 The magnetic critical currents J, of LaBaCaCu3Oy and LaBa1.5Ca0.5Cu3Oy were measured. The variation with temperature of Jc of these compounds is similar to that of YBa2Cu3Oy but different from that of Tl2 Ba2Ca2Cu3Oy. These results indicate that twins do not play an important role in determining the magnetic critical current of these compounds.
