福录考的组织培养研究——Ⅱ.叶外植体的愈伤组织及器官发生的细胞学观察
A STUDY ON THE TISSUE CULTURE OF Phlox drummonlii Hook.——Ⅱ. Cytological Observation of Callus Formation and Organogenosis
【摘要】 <正> 福录考（Phlox drummondii Hook.）是一种重要的观赏花卉,同时也是一种对Cl2,SO2较敏感的指示植物。我们在前文曾报道了植物激素对其不同外植体分化的影响,本文将着重从细胞学方面研究其愈伤组织的形成及器官发生过程。
【Abstract】 Callus was induced from leaf explants of Phlox drummondii Hook. cultured on MS medium supplemented with 2.0mg/liter 6-BA and 0.1mg/liter NAA. Sections showed that callus origined from epidermal, palisade and parenchmatous cells around leaf vein. Adventive buds formed via organogenesis from surface and inside layer cells of the callus, and connected with callus by vascular bundle system.
