鼠笼型异步电机饱和漏抗的计算
Calculation of Saturable Leakage Reactance of Squirrel Cage Asynchronous Motors
【摘要】 提出了一种计算鼠笼型异步电机饱和漏抗的一般方法,该方法综合考虑了电机运行过程中各种因数对漏磁路饱和的影响,如主磁路饱和、转子斜槽、主漏磁路之间及定、转子漏磁路之间工作点的相互影响,不同转差运行时各磁通分量的时间与空间相位关系等,它能比较准确地计算在任一转差运行情况下电机的漏抗值,计算结果与实测比较,一致性很好.
【Abstract】 A general method for calculating the saturable leakage reactance of squirrel cage asynchronous motors is presented.By this method,the saturable leakage reactance can be precisely evaluated in any running slip.The method synthesized the varify of effects of main flux,rotor skew,displacement in time and space phase of flux components,and the interaction between the main and the leakage magnetic circuits.The computation results of Y-series motors are in good agreement with the test ones.
