【摘要】 本文介绍我所进行PFBC技术首阶段试验研究的情况,发表了五次试验的主要结果。燃用高灰煤时,燃烧效率可达97%~98%。对于中等含硫的煤,Ca/S比在1.5~1.8时,可达80%~85%的脱硫效率。燃气通过高温除尘系统后,含尘量为189mg/m~3(标),颗粒平均直径2.5~3μm,其中大于10μm的不超过3%。

【Abstract】 The experimental research work in first stage in China on pressurized fluidized bed combustion(PFBC)technology is introduced,and results of five tests are presented.The combustion effcieney could be as high as 97%~98%,when high ash content coal was burnt in PFBC,and the desulfuriation effriciency be 80%~85% with Ca/S mole ratios in between 1.5~1.8.The particulate content in flue gas at outlet of high temperature gas clean-up system was 189 mg/m-3(normalized).The average diameter of partieles were 2.5~3×10-3mm,and the weight of particles with diameter larger than 10×10-3mm was not greater than 3%.
