【摘要】 用140只 SD 大鼠以酒精及去氧胆酸钠处理90天诱发实验性慢性胃炎。实验包括二部分,第一部分用60只大鼠研究胃炎冲剂的预防作用,其中20只大鼠单纯诱发胃炎作为模型组,其余40只在诱发过程中同时灌服胃炎冲剂,该部分还用10只正常大鼠作为对照组。第二部分用80只大鼠作治疗性研究,分设4组分别以生理盐水、胃炎冲剂及三九胃泰处理30天。实验结束时观察并比较胃粘膜的组织学变化。结果证明 SD 大鼠的实验性慢性胃炎的病理学特点与人类的相似;在本研究中发现胃炎冲剂对 SD 大鼠的慢性胃炎有肯定性的防治作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experimental chronic gastritis was induced with alcohol and sodium deoxycholate in 140 rats for 90 days.The present work included two parts,the first one used 60 rats to study the preventive effect of “WeiYan Chongji”,Among which 20 rats were induced gastritis simply as model group,and the other 40 rats were infused simultaneously with“Wei Yan Chongji” during the inducing period.In this part 10 normal rats were used as a control group.The second part as a therapeutic research used 80 rats,which divided into 4 groups treated with salineor “Wei Yan Chongji” or “San Jiu Wei Tai” for 30 days respectively.The histopathologic changes of gastric mucosa were observed and compared at the end of study.It was demonstrated that the pathologic pattern of experimental chronic gastritis in SD rat was as same as in human being,and some definite preventive and therapeutic effects of“Wei Yan Chongji” on chronic gastritis in SD rat were found in present study.更多还原
