互联系统分散的变结构负荷频率控制
DECENTRALIZED VARIABLE STRUCTURE LOAD-FREQUENCY CONTROL OF INTERCONNECTED SYSTEMS

The proposed method selects two kinds of different switching hyperplanes on the basis of forms of interrelated terms. One is aj= CjXj + Cti∫t-∞Xudt. Another is aj= CjXj + CtjXtj. Thereby the global sliding mode of interconneccted systems is developed. Simultaneously the pole placement technique can be used for the global sliding mode to determine switching hyperplanc parameters of each subsystem, and the decentralized variable structure control laws are inferred. The results of digital simulation for multi-area electric power systems including constraints of generation rate and governor dead-line show the proposed decentralized variable structure control strategy is quite effective.

【摘要】 本文利用变结构系统理论对互联电力系统的负荷频率控制提出了一个新方法,该方法根据关联项的形式选择了两种不同的开关超平面,一种是另一种是由此可形成互联系统的总体滑动模式,同时可对总体滑动模式进行极点配置来确定每个子系统的开关超平面参数,并导出了分散的变结构控制规律。通过对包括发电变化率约束和调速器死区的多区域电力系统的数字仿真表明所提出的变结构控制决策是非常有效的。更多还原
