双相CuZnAl合金的超弹性行为
Superelastic Behavior of Dual-Phase CuZnAl Alloy
【摘要】 稳定地控制铜基形状记忆合金的相变温度是该合金得以推广应用的关键.由于铜基形状记忆合金的相变温度对成分特别敏感,相变温度难控制.通过两相区淬火可以较大幅度地调整相变温度,通过不同温度下的拉伸试验考察了两相区淬火试样的超弹性及影响因素。
【Abstract】 It is the key of the application of Cu-based shape memory alloys to control their transformation temperature steadily, Because the transformation temperature of Cu-based shape memory alloys is very susceptible to its composition, and very changable, so it is difficult to be controlled, The paper shows that the transformation temperature can be adjusted in a large range by heating samplesin the region of two-phase and quenching .Meanwhile ,the super- elasticity of dual phase CuZnAl alloy and the influence of environment to that are investigated by tensile test.
