α-Fe2O3气敏材料及添加剂的作用
α-Fe2O3 GAS SENSITIVE MATERIAL AND EFFECTS OF ADDITIVES
【摘要】 α-Fe2O3是可不用添加贵金属而对 H2、CH4等可燃性气体敏感的一种材料.有稳定性好,价格低等优点.本文介绍了用化学共沉法制备掺杂 α-Fe2O3的工艺以及掺杂剂、硫酸根等在α-Fe2O3气敏性中的作用,并进行了分析讨论.
【Abstract】 α-Fe2O3 is a combustible gas sensitive material without adding rare andnoble metals.It has advantages of low cost good stability,etc.But it is not sensitive tocombusitible gases by every α-Fe2O3,The fabricated process of doping gas sensitiveα- Fe2O3 by co-deposited method is introduced,and the sensitive function of dopants andSO4-2 in α-Fe2O3 is discussed.
