【Abstract】 α-Fe₂O₃ is a combustible gas sensitive material without adding rare andnoble metals.It has advantages of low cost good stability,etc.But it is not sensitive tocombusitible gases by every α-Fe₂O₃,The fabricated process of doping gas sensitiveα- Fe₂O₃ by co-deposited method is introduced,and the sensitive function of dopants andSO₄^-2 in α-Fe₂O₃ is discussed.更多还原
